Business Development Manager
As a valued corporate client of EFTel, you will have access to a dedicated single point of contact. Your account manager will provide you with industry product and service updates, which are designed to add value to your business. You can contact your account manager from Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, and, in the event of an emergency, after hours. If you are unable to contact your account manager, the national manager is also available.
Corporate Support
EFTel Corporate's solutions are maintained by qualified support personnel. All corporate customers have access to our priority support desk, where you will speak with an experienced staff member who will either resolve your issue or, if necessary, escalate the matter to a senior engineer. EFTel provides 24/7 corporate support between 7:00am - 1:00am AEST or 4:00am - 10:00pm AWST, with an after hours pager for mission critical and emergency situations.
