Co-location is available in all capital cities.
EFTel provides co-location services in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. These facilities are
located in top telecommunications infrastructure buildings in each of these cities.
EFTel can accommodate all of your current and future co-location space requirements. EFTel currently provides a range of services from one rack unit (1RU) to providing full racks (40RU) in our data centres throughout Australia.
EFTel can also provide:
- 100MB port high-speed Internet
- Layer 2 corporate VPN high-speed inter-office connectivity

Service Level Agreement
Our business co-location service is backed by an industry leading Service Level Agreement (SLA).
EFTel is committed to providing a reliable, high quality network. To back up our commitment, we offer service levels with rebate credits. EFTel targets 100 per cent reliability in the provision of its corporate Internet services.
This SLA covers the end to end delivery of the complete service, including Internet connectivity and last mile tail. This agreement has been designed back to back with the service levels we receive from our carrier partners, and is in addition to our standard terms and conditions.
The Service levels are measured on a calendar monthly basis, and apply throughout the service term.
