If you have any concerns regarding your bill, your primary point of contact is your personal account manager. If they are unavailable, you can call corporate accounts on 1300 662 124 (dial '2' for corporate accounts), or you can e-mail accounts@eftelcorporate.com.au

Alternatively, you may submit a billing dispute form to the EFTel accounts department.
